Basketball Episode 14 // Life

Ohio State thwarted the Loyola-Chicago Sister Jeans right off the bat before falling short to Villanova while Michigan, down Devante Jones, booted both Colorado State and Tennessee. Adam takes a moment to thank the players that got them to the Sweet 16 like it's an Oscars acceptance speech. Then we look ahead to Michigan's matchup against Villanova and potentially the winner of Arizona and Texas Tech. Does Michigan have a chance against Villanova?

We update the standings of our Scarlet & Maize bracket challenge with the high stakes of a free sweatshirt on the line before sharing some thoughts on the Big Ten in the tournament and then general thoughts. Basketball Episode 13 // Mission Impossible

March Madness is here! We jump right in looking at Michigan and Ohio State's first round games and then talk about how far we think each will go and say what we think needs to happen for them to make a run -- if they each win 2 they'll meet in the Sweet 16 and we'll legally be required to go.

Then we answer a bunch of questions, some from viewers. Do we have our eyes on any Cinderellas? What's the Big Ten team most likely to be upset in the first round? What's the Big Ten team most likely to make a run? What's our favorite storyline heading into the Tournament? Who do we have in the Final Four? Who do we have winning the whole thing?

Then we wrap up with our tweets of the week!

Basketball Episode 12 // A Few Good Men

We round out the last of the regular season games -- MSU, Iowa, and Ohio State for Michigan; Nebraska, MSU, and Michigan for Ohio State. Adam has some things to say about a certain huge hypocritical Big Ten Head Coach. Huge in hypocrisy, not in stature.

Then we look ahead to the Big Ten Tournament and make a few predictions for both Michigan and Ohio State, and predictions for the Big Ten Tournament itself. Tweets of the Week, and a little talk about Zack's prediction that Michigan fans would talk a lot of trash once they finally beat OSU in football before Adam talks a little more trash.

The only drama this week took place between the whistles and lines of actual basketball games! Crazy! We recap Michigan’s & Ohio State’s last 2 games and look ahead to 3 games in 6 days for both teams, which ends March 6 in Columbus – a game Scarlet & Maize will be covering in person! Basketball Episode 10 // The Usual Suspects

We talk about the Juwan Howard v State of Wisconsin fallout. Adam is wondering: Is it a shock to anyone that Brad Davison elbowed Hunter Dickinson's ribs then walked away with his hands up or slid underneath Devante Jones' feet then walked away with his hands up? No? Then is it a shock when Brad Davison's head coach initiated contact then acted like he was just being a nice guy or an assistant coach (who was the Brad Davison of his day) initiated contact with two players then acted like he was feeding orphans before crazy Juwan swung for no reason only to walk away with serious injuries? Adam thinks we shouldn't be surprised because the motto for Wisconsin basketball is: "Instigate, escalate, walk away. Wisconsin basketball."

Basketball Episode 9 // Dumb and Dumber

Ryan Day quitting Ohio State to buy a now-infamous bar from his embattled predecessor may not have happened but Adam wanted to bring it up. It being embattled Urban Meyer selling his now-infamous Columbus bar.

We recap Michigan's and Ohio State's 2-1 weeks before Adam rants a little bit, yet again, about officiating. He calls them "laughingstock turds" and then we preview Michigan's and Ohio State's next 2 games. Adam them comes back to the "laughingstock turds" with a few questions -- Why is Big Ten officiating so terrible? Is there anything that can be done to fix it? Will anything be done to fix it? We doubt it.
