Is Mel Tucker already a home run hire for Michigan State for beating 1 team that's currently exactly .500 and 6 teams that are sub-.500 or should he, you know, finish a full season before we crown him? These next few weeks (3 Top 10 matchups, plus at currently-ranked Purdue, plus against currently 4-2 Maryland I guess) *might* tell us more about MSU than a bunch of teams who will struggle to make a bowl game. In Tucker's defense he did finish a full Covid season last year, he just went 2-5.
